How long will my order take?

Personalised orders are shipped within 12-14 working days after the approval of digital artwork. Shipping time may vary as per the delivery location.

Reture / Refund / Replacement

- Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at enchantedstrokes@gmail.com with images of the damaged product in its original condition as received within 2 days of the order being delivered. We will check and have the issue resolved/product replaced as soon as possible.

- No return / refund / exchange is possible for products unless it is damaged. 

Cancellation

- Please mail us at enchantedstrokes@gmail.com for cancellation request with your order details.

- NO cancellation applicable for personalised/customised products once the order is processed.
