We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.
Returns/ Exchange
- We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at info.opapstyle@gmail.com within 48 Hours of receiving the product and we will get back to you.
- Items are non-returnable, but you can exchange the same style for a different size or as store credit in form of Gift Card.
- Post 48 Hours of delivery the Return/Exchange window closes.
- Exchanges can only take place once against 1 order, we are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.
- All Return & Refund Requests will be processed within 5-7 Days of receiving the Product back at our warehouse.
Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments for the same order, we refund the payment amount (less of any payment gateway transaction charges if any) within 15 business days.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered, please drop us an email on info.opapstyle@gmail.com with the product code, and billing information within 48 hours and our team will assist you.
You need to provide a video of unboxing with the said defect. All Claims submitted are subject to approval by our internal team.
